About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website. Restoration work itself is governed by the written work authorization and scope you sign before we begin, and where the two differ, the signed agreement controls.

By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The information on this site is not an estimate

Everything published here, including the guides in our Field Notes section, is general information about water, fire, mold, and storm damage. It is not a quote, an inspection finding, or professional advice about your specific property.

Damage varies enormously between properties. Nothing on this site should be relied on in place of an on-site inspection by a qualified technician, and no page here creates a contract or a price commitment.

Emergencies

If there is a fire, a gas leak, structural collapse risk, or standing water near electrical equipment, call 911 first. Our 24/7 line handles restoration dispatch, not life safety.

Submitting a request

When you submit a form or call us, you are requesting contact, not booking a job. A job begins only when we have inspected the property and you have signed a work authorization.

You agree that the information you give us is accurate, and that you are the property owner or are authorized to act for the owner.

Insurance claims

We document losses in the format carriers expect and, on covered claims, we can bill your insurer directly. We are not your insurer and we do not decide coverage.

If you choose not to file a claim, or your carrier denies or underpays it, you remain responsible for payment of the work performed. We will tell you this before work starts, and it will be in your signed authorization.

Licensing and service area

Swift Response Restoration Inc performs restoration work in Florida. We are licensed and insured for the work we undertake, and we will provide license details on request.

Intellectual property

The text, photographs, and design on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may read, print, and share pages for your own use. You may not republish our content commercially, or copy it to another site, without written permission.

Third-party links

Some articles link to outside resources such as government health agencies. We link to them because they are useful, not because we control or endorse everything they publish. We are not responsible for the content of other sites.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided as-is. To the fullest extent Florida law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or from reliance on general information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

This section limits liability for the website. Liability for restoration work is addressed in your signed work authorization.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute about the website will be heard in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

We may update these terms. The version published here, with the date at the top, is the one that applies.
