Information we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and to carry out restoration work you ask us to do.
- Contact details you submit through a form on this site: name, phone number, email address, the service you selected, and anything you write in the message field.
- Details about your property and the damage, which you provide by phone, email, or during an inspection.
- Basic technical data your browser sends automatically, such as IP address, device type, and the pages you viewed, used to keep the site working and to measure traffic.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or medical information through this website.
How we use it
- To contact you about an inspection, estimate, or active job.
- To perform restoration work and coordinate it with your insurance carrier or public adjuster when you ask us to.
- To keep records required for insurance documentation, licensing, and accounting.
- To understand which pages of this site are useful, in aggregate.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We share information only where it is necessary to do the work or to comply with the law:
- Your insurance carrier or adjuster, when you have asked us to bill a claim or coordinate one.
- Subcontractors and suppliers working on your specific job, limited to what that job requires.
- Service providers who operate this website, our email, and our scheduling and accounting systems, under agreements that restrict their use of the data.
- Government or legal authorities where we are legally required to disclose.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and understand which pages people use. Analytics cookies are set by Google, not by us, and the data we see is aggregated. You can block cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out browser add-on, without losing access to any part of this site.
We do not use advertising cookies to build a profile of you across other websites.
Calls and text messages
When you submit a form or call us, you are asking us to contact you back about your request. We may call, text, or email you about that request. We do not send marketing text messages. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying STOP to a text, or by calling or emailing us.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not become jobs are kept for up to two years. Records tied to completed work, insurance claims, and invoices are kept as long as Florida law and our insurance obligations require, typically seven years.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. We limit access to customer records to the people who need them. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive identifiers through the website.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, subject to records we are required to keep. Email or call us using the details below and we will respond within 30 days.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for property owners and managers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
