2 INSPECTION, ASSESSMENT, AND EMERGENCY DAMAGE MITIGATION

Our mold remediation technicians will inspect your property and use specialist equipment to detect hidden mold, as well as to locate water sources. We will also undertake a mold analysis, including microbial assessments if required, to determine the types of mold that are growing in the property. If required, our technicians will also carry out urgent mitigation, such as installing or repairing roof tarp, to prevent further damage

3 RESTORATION PLAN

Our specialists create plan of action based on the extent and types of mold (and potentially, water) damage, ensuring the restoration process is carried out in a logical order. This is important in order to prevent further damage.

4 ISOLATE MOLD AND PURIFY THE AIR

If not already off, our technicians will switch off HVAC systems and fans to prevent the spread of mold spores. They will then use advanced technologies, such as negative air chambers, to contain the mold. Air scrubbers and air vaccums are then used to purify the air, removing mold spores from the area as much as possible

5 REMOVAL OF AFFECTED MATERIALS

Sometimes, building materials, such as drywall and carpeting are too heavily infested with mold, and therefore have to be removed and disposed. When it comes to non-salvagable furniture and personal items, we will work with you to organise the removal process

6 DISINFECT ALL AREAS AFFECTED BY MOLD

All affected surfaces, building materials and furniture items are treated with industrial-grade antimicrobial and antifungal treatments which eliminate existing mold colonies and prevent the growth of new ones
